Each time we complain we set ourselves up for failure. We must remember, no matter how bad our situation appear there is someone worse off. In place of complaints praise God because praises shorten the road and bring the clear path into focus. The israelites were to reach the promise land in 40 days but their complaints prolonged their blessing unto 40 years. That’s a year for each day of complaint. Take my word for it, you want to shorten the road to your blessing, not prolong it. Give God praise in every situation and you’ll see how short the road to your blessing becomes. Praising God with a sincere heart is a sure thing, best restraining order, really. You can’t go wrong in doing so. Let the praises go up for the blessings to come down!!!
