REKONÉSANS/GRATITUDE

Lè m égzaminé byin mw wè Bondyé mérité anpil louwanj ak glwa pou zantray li t réyusi jwenn é utilizé pou l t rivé minnin m nan lavi saa. C pa pou l ki t pònn mw tankou zé, ni c pa nan yon laboratwa yo t miksé pwodwi ki fòmé kò ak nanm mw. Bondyé ki mèt tout zantray é tout vant t rivé jwenn yonn pou anfanté m pou li. Li pat kité chalè anndan vant saa tuyé m anvan lè épitou nan pasaj mw pou m antré nan mond saa Séyè a épanyé m. Mw koubé byin ba devan majésté béni Bondyé a pou m bali glwa, onè, louwanj, remèsiman li sèl merité pou mwa saa ak jou sa yo li kité m wè nan vi mw. Séyè a pat kité ni vyann kòm ni zo kòm t fè ni soup ni bouyon anndan kay méchan yo. Lavi a gin anpil inpas ladann é pafwa padan nap pran kou anba obstak yo nou konn minm arivé pèdu. Gin anpil moun ki né min ki pa rivé koté m rivé a, soufrans lavi voyé yalé nan péyi san chapo avan lè sanzatann. Min mw minm Bondyé fè gras ak favè c pa pi bon mw pi bon ké tout lòt yo, c yon onè mw pa mérité. Pou tou sa Bondyé fè pou mw déja é pou sa lap kontinyé fè mw vlé di BONDYÉ MÈSI!!!

When I examine things carefully I realize God deserve many praise and worship for having finally found and used a womb to bring me into this life. It wasn’t a chicken that laid me like an egg, nor was it a laboratory that mixed the products that formed my body and soul. God who owns all womb and stomach had succeeded in finding one to birth me for Him. He didn’t let the heat inside that womb kill me before time and through the birth tunnel to this world He prevented harm. I humbly bow before God’s blessed majesty to give Him glory, honor, praise and thanksgiving that only He deserve for this month and these days He’s allowed me to see in my life. The Lord didn’t let neither the meat nor the bones on my body to be in the soup or stew in the wicked men’s house. Life has a lot of detours and often times when we’re going through these obstacle courses we could even get lost. Many who were born haven’t reached the point I’m at, life’s sufferings has sent them to the hatless country before time. But me whom God has shown grace and favor, it’s not because I’m better than them but it’s an undeserved honor. For all that God has done for me already and continue to do, I want to say THANK YOU GOD!!!

LIVE, DIE OR LIVE AND CRY

To live, to breath and prosper

Functioning, managing as you do good or bad

To die, to cease to exist, no breath

No heartbeat, not a sigh, all ends

To live and cry, to meet with God in Christ

To repent, to breathe heartily, function hardily, prosper spiritually

Materially maybe in all

Righteousness definitely

BEAUTIFUL BLACK SHEEP

Outcast among the rest,

Your beauty astounds me,

Bearing scars as a thousand soldiers

Wounded in battle at gunpoint.

Deepest lesions, harshest blows

Bitterest sores, excruciating madness

In a whirlpool of pain and despair

Dwells you, swimming in the pit of nothingness in a vegetative state.

You aim high still with tainted skin,

Nothing to attract the eyes,

But your beauty astounds me.

In a whirlpool of pain and despair

There dwells you in the pit of nothingness.

Broken birthright heir, Beautiful Black Sheep

Wounded in battle at gunpoint,

Deep is the lesions, harsh is the blows

Bitter the sores, excruciating madness.

Yet you cling to Hope’s hem

Never letting go of the need to exist.

You Are Beautiful, Black Sheep!
