God opened my eyes to show me how I’m shielded from certain things this morning. You know how a player in some sports gets tackled by another, he doesn’t know how to let up, doing the foot works, twirling around as if leaving only to do a three sixty back into that same place and or position to tackle and find room to not just attack and prevent from moving forward but to pierce through and cause eternal damage! Or again it’s as a hungry ferocious beast charging forward when it smells fresh meat and stops at nothing to seek to devour it with rage, (1 Peter 5:8-9). That is a small portion of the shield system God has shown!
Imagine, what if I’m each of you and the enemy seek to devour you such yet God is constantly busy shielding us each from the the evil that seeks to destroy us. We are privileged and shielded! Your shield is not only prayer, fasting and God’s Word but mainly God’s constant presence! Keep His omnipresence close! We are well guarded!
