CHARIOT ON THE LIMP

I drank of thy bitter-sweet cup, and

I reach for heaven with broken-wings

I staggered beneath the Hills of Golgotha

With piercing lips and fiery eyes thou prepareth thy feast of which am I the main attraction?

I clung to the bed-side with trembling devotion

Thou appeareth before me in death, mister death and requesteth that I be controlled by thy fanciful desires

Is’t body not God’s temple of which

No man should intervene?

EXPLODE THE SHINE

Just as the stars can’t shine without  darkness, so also if the light stands alone its value and worth is undermined or stifled! If you find yourself in the darkness just release your luminescence to shine. As you do so your awakened blazing light will blind and swallow up that darkness. You were created to glow in such a time as this! As such, know that darkness will follow you because it can’t be helped (your beam will attract it like a magnet) since you’re obligated to twinkle your sparkle exists to disarm, destroy, deroot the weight of all darkness! So go ahead glowing, glimmering, gleaming from glints to explosions in gloom!  As you carry Jesus the light of the world within, nourishing daily on God’s word, go forth shining bright!!!

GRATITUDE

Sometimes I want to sit on the side of the road, or by the sea, somewhere, just to contemplate God’s greatness and blessings on me and say, “Wait, What? I’m still here? You mean to tell me those multitude occasions that came to kill me went without me? As much as they had tried God didn’t allow them to deroot, destroy or dismember me? You mean to tell me that my brain is still functioning? I haven’t lost all my marbles, as much as the devil get on my last nerves, none of my nerves are on life support somewhere for rescue to perform CPR and pump life into that last nerve in order to keep me going? Are you serious? God loves me, even me that much still?
God, what do you want me to do for you before I leave this world? Can I give you just a small token of thanks and appreciation while I can please?” It would be an honor to give to you for your glory what I can give with good humor at heart Lord! Again, I give my all to you Jesus!

Shield System

God opened my eyes to show me how I’m shielded from certain things this morning. You know how a player in some sports gets tackled by another, he doesn’t know how to let up, doing the foot works, twirling around as if leaving only to do a three sixty back into that same place and or position to tackle and find room to not just attack and prevent from moving forward but to pierce through and cause eternal damage! Or again it’s as a hungry ferocious beast charging forward when it smells fresh meat and stops at nothing to seek to devour it with rage, (1 Peter 5:8-9). That is a small portion of the shield system God has shown!

Imagine, what if I’m each of you and the enemy seek to devour you such yet God is constantly busy shielding us each from the the evil that seeks to destroy us. We are privileged and shielded! Your shield is not only prayer, fasting and God’s Word but mainly God’s constant presence! Keep His omnipresence close! We are well guarded!
