1.What is sin? Sin is any act, behavior, thought, desire, idea, belief or spoken words that transgresses God’s law.

3.Where does sin come from? Explain! Sin originated from the serpent. In the Garden of Eden in an attempt to destroy God’s perfect creation out of jealousy and spite the serpent tricked Eve into eating the forbidden fruit who in turn shared the forbidden fruit with Adam causing both to die in knowledge and stature/prestige/respect.
4.How can a person prevent from sinning? Because sin is personified as the old serpent, we are told to resist the enemy (each time he comes) and he will flee from us. When all else fails, flee away from the situation causing transgression from God’s law.

8.How does God’s word call a person who walks right before Him? A person who walks right before God is said to have INTEGRITY.
9.Name one person from the Bible who was said to have integrity! Job was said to have integrity!
10.Why was Job said to have integrity? Was it because he lost all his goods? Job was said to have integrity Not because he lost all his goods but because even in his despair after all loss he sinned not before God nor did he curse God like his wife had advised him to do.
11.Is there any benefit in walking right before God? If yes, please give bible reference(s)! There are many benefits in walking right before God. Job was recompensed for everything he had lost and even doubled, (Job 42:12). Enoch walked right before God and was taken up to heaven without dying. (Genesis 5:24). Elisha was taken up in a whirlwind of chariots of fire. (2 Kings 2:11). God’s word speaks of being crowned and reigning eternally with Him for those who fight until the final battle is won. (Revelation 2:10, James 1:12).
12.Who does God reserve eternal life for? Verse. Eternal life is reserved for “Whosoever believes” on God, (John 3:16). 12-01-2022 MBM
An untamed heart can cause great damage. God knowing this has said MY SON, GIVE ME YOUR HEART AND LET THINE EYES OBSERVE MY WAYS, (Proverbs 23:26). God knows that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth will speak and actions will be taken so before it got out of hand He asked to reign over the inferior organ that could lead to damnation. He knows also that that same organ once tamed can become a superior strength to its owner. We learned of what happened to an untamed heart on the land where God had led Adam and Eve. Cain’s offering was not sincere but Abel’s was more acceptable. Anytime you’re doing a task, if it can’t be done right it’s best to not begin, really; especially if this task is to be an offering to Almighty God! Don’t be sloppy in what you offer God because you never know just how far the results might lead. Envy grew to hatred turned Cain’s heart to commit murder. Although God knew what happened still He gave Cain a chance to come clean in asking him “where’s your brother?” In his insolence, he boasted after committing such a crime and served God with a question rather than an answer. (Have you ever noticed how boastful people really become after faltering, as if that will rectify the gruesome action, it doesn’t. It’s all a front for show, demonstration of wasted time taken away from repenting really! It’s that lapse of time where the conscience could’ve waken up from its err if given the opportunity but that time is robbed and occupied by egotistical behaviors). In good creole understanding Cain said to God DID YOU GIVE HIM TO ME TO HOLD FOR YOU? Usually insolent kids with no speech formalities would answer with such an insultive response. He didn’t have any remorse after his act. To him life just went on as if it was normal to kill his brother. (Let us be reminded of one of the commandments that later came is THOU SHALT NOT KILL. Only God who created reserves the right to take a life in His own time as He sees fit, but it’s not man’s bid to do, and no you’re not helping God by killing someone)! Anyway, Abel wasn’t going to remain silent in acceptance of a wrongful death. He did what no dying person before him had done since he was the first to physically die. In doing this though he set an example for you and me to know and understand that we need not just take the injustice as it comes, we don’t have to. We can put in our request before God! That blood that flows through your vein has a voice even as it flows out of you. Providing you’ve done right by God, you’ll find that voice activated quicker when most needed. Abel found his voice activated even in death and put in his request to God as he took his last breath. Don’t wait until you’re in Abel’s position to put in your request. The best time to make your request known to God is now while the blood is warmly flowing through your veins. It’s your right to do so. You’ve been given access through God’s word when He said to “…Pray in the Spirit on ALL occasions with ALL kinds of prayers and REQUESTS, with this in mind, be alert and ALWAYS keep on praying for all the Lord’s people, (Ephesians 6:18). THEREFORE, I AM MY BROTHER’S KEEPER, YOU ARE YOUR BROTHER’S KEEPER, WE ARE OUR BROTHER’S KEEPER! What happens to one person good or bad can have either a positive or negative reaction and or effect in our lives because we’re connected by earth and breath. Don’t you see, on many levels you’re me and I’m you because we’re in this school called life together. My achievements won’t just make my teacher look good but it will make you who supported me along the way look good too before the Master. He may end up entrusting you with greater things because you didn’t look down on your post as you boosted me in achieving. Surely, had Cain united with Abel instead, the outcome would have been different and we might’ve had a different lesson to speak of. Have you noticed though that Abel’s request didn’t go up to God in vengeance with eye for eye? Abel didn’t desire that his brother died too for what he did. He just wanted this action to be corrected. God sanctioned Cain and prevented him from receiving the same fate. Many people would have agreed he deserved the same but what good is a returned deadly action without a sincere rectification preventing the reoccurrence of such action to another innocent soul? Dear sons of Cain, when oh when will we mend our ways and refrain from killing our brothers and sisters? We die inside a little also with such actions until one day we’ve lost all humanity! However will you stand in account for the innocent blood shed? How will you remit the costly soul of which you still lack understanding of its worth? There is reserved a time and hour for retribution. When standing before God’s throne in judgment what will our excuses be for killing and tormenting other souls? Will excuses even stand judgment then? Before the sun sets over our lives, let us make ALL sorts of our requests known before God in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving for we really labor not in vain. If the change tarries in coming, the next generation surely will benefit in the coming change, if we remain steadfast and immovable in seeking rectification. Be mindful in knowing God will not be late in answering your prayer requests! Let us pray AND watch over our own behaviors, actions, desires and even thoughts that murder body and spirit! Let us set human dignified boundaries for ourselves to watch over self and others in all Godliness because WE ARE OUR BROTHER’S KEEPER! GODLY LOVE! Genesis 4:8-10 04-23-2021 MBM-Tine Brice
A tamed ego leaves room for self- improvements! In other words, a person who isn’t proudly boastful, snobbish or arrogant will always seek to become a better version of the present self. Such a person understands that one never finishes learning and living is a life-long lesson in itself. One of the most important parts of such learnings however is to know what’s genuine to hold on to and what is considered a cheap photo copy to release. Holding on to cheap copies of anything degrades a person’s character, whereas frequently visiting the original of anything in life boosts one’s image, character and self-worth until finally greatness/perfection is attained.
It is indeed possible for man to attain perfection in life else Jesus wouldn’t have commanded us to do so as His Father in heaven is perfect. It might appear as a tall order just as housework might appear too much and bothersome to the eye. But once engaged in the task we’ll find that it was only the projection of the eye that blew the work out of proportion. It is in fact probable to begin and achieve any given task/goal set before man by God’s grace, if the need, desire, and devotion to succeed is present. Once the mind, heart, desire, and devotion is in synchronization with the ego any good deed is attainable.
