Though skies are grey and hearts dismay
There’s gladness in my heart
You’ve been away, you’ve come to stay
Our love will never part
Cherish my love, look to the dove
For He has made us One
Watch the rain fall, it nourishes all
And blesses us each day
God’s reign is tall, our name He call
To see if we’re astray
We’re yours O Lord with One accord
Show us your burning light
Deep from within, I know I sin
That’s part of being humane
You cannot win or enter in
If you use Him in vain
So play it smart, be kind at heart
His Kingdom shall be yours
